Stress Buster: Relieve stress through physical and mental exercise

StressBuster is an App designed to help alleviate symptoms of stress and anxiety through use of carefully chosen short exercises (5-10 minutes) that target both physical and mental health

Project Description

StressBuster is an app designed to help alleviate symptoms of stress and anxiety through use of carefully chosen short exercises (5-10 minutes) that target both physical and mental health. StressBuster is primarily aimed at college students, who struggle to find the time to incorporate exercise and/or mindfulness into their day, especially during stressful periods such as deadlines and exam season.

Project Findings

College can be a stressful time for students. We found that taking a short break through exercise (mental and physical) during a busy day can decrease stress levels.
